Systemic: Headache-Medium, Additional Details: pt stated radiating pain going down left arm following injection. severe headache followed. pt rested in pharmacy for about 20 minutes and then picked up her prescriptions and left. I offered visist to urgent care (2 doos down) but she said they do not take her insurance.
