Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Additional Details: pt claims redness around injection site and induration. went to urgent care, and given antibiotics but she never took them and by 8/29 when she came into pharmacy, arm looks free of rash or rednees, complete resolution
