friday 8/29: achy, pain, swelling at injection site, redness spreading to arm, hot to the touch, Saturday 8/30: still had redness had not worsened. came by pharmacy saturday around 10 am, advised pt to apply hydrocortisone, take benadryl, and ibuprofen, pt dosed all day saturday and sunday morning. 8/31: pt went to er, received steroid shot, antihistamine infusion, and oral antibiotic, Tueday 9/2: pt is feeling better and has improved
