Patient went to ER multiple times and noted had some relief with a steroid injection but no relief with oral steroids. Relief with clobetasol cream but not triamcinolone cream. Saw both allergy and dermatology and multiple times infectious disease services for follow-up. Lab tests returned HIV Ab/Ag neg on 5/5/25, 7/17/25, and 7/31/25. Trep IgG neg 7/17/25 and 7/31/25. Negative ANA screening and CRP on 8/26/26, as we were concerned that patient may have have an underlying, previously undiagnosed immune disorder. Also taking multiple vitamins that had not affected condition previously. Allergy consultation stated that would be very unusual to have such a prolonged vaccination reaction and advised supportive care, as did dermatology but also treated with ivermectin (did not help). Examination in person revealed flat papules in genital area (likely c/w HPV new per patient since vaccination) that were not migratory and very fine follicular inflammation thought to be immune reaction / folliculitis, As of 9/2/25, continues to have migratory pruritis (ears, arms). Even though positive for urinary chlamydia on 7/17/25, this was not though to be contributing to current symptoms that started nearly one month earlier 6/5/25.
