Symptom narrative

***Preface: to be clear, I am not suggesting that the COVID 19 vaccines caused my adverse events; however, in light of the timeframe of events, I think it is worthwhile to document correlation: about 2 weeks after my 2nd dose COVID 19 shot in May 2021, I developed a dull pain in my left elbow and one morning I noticed when raising my arm to open the refrigerator that the arm was slow to raise. About a month later, I developed a strong tremor in my left arm.
