Symptom narrative

The patient had previously received the Arexvy RSV shot on 11/18/2023. The Abrysvo shot was given on 09/04/2024. The patient should not have received the dose of Abrysvo due to already receiving the Arexvy shot on the previous year. This was an error. Patient has not reported any adverse effects thus far.
