Symptom narrative

March 30 3021 admitted to Hosp stdgec4 congestive heart failure with 70 clots in lungs. Put on Coumadin a week later IN the evening timesuffered TIA with a 2.7 INR PER THE DR who called that morning to discuss blood tests results. Diagnosed with an ejection fraction of 20. A week after that followed up with hemotologist do discuss how did he have a stroke while on Coumadin he informed us that I had multiple myeloma was then treated at MSK 6 months of chemo treatment then stem cell transplant. Multiple myeloma is a incurable cancer and I?m required to take chemo everyday amongst dozens of other medications
