A 62-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "COVID-19" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (dose 1), for Primary immunization. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "still has problems with her left arm hurting".
