Symptom narrative

My daughter was given vaccines as recommended by healthcare provider from time of birth up to age 12 and has sever ADHD and allergies including skin and Asthma

Current illness

broke out in eczema rash all over body that was red, nothing was wrong with her

Medical history

Since ALL of the vaccines given since birth until the age of 12 my child has ADHD, and severe allergies

Other medications

NONE-at birth was given Vit K as well as Hep B-then received all vaccines at each stage

Allergies

cannot have fish, peanuts

she has adverse response to all of them
