Symptom narrative

Infant ran a fever 100-101F for 2+ days. Treatment with cool cloths, baths. On the third day, she broke out in a rash on both thighs from the injection sites to the knee. Treatment for the rash included the application of Aquaphor ointment. Evidence of the rash is still visible as dry skin.
