Arm started swelling near site of injection 2 to 3 hours after administration of Prevnar 20. Patient felt fatigued and nauseated the day after immunization. Her arm continued to swell and became hot to the touch. She applied ice and warm compresses but no relief. Her arm was still swollen day 3 and she considered going to urgent care, but did not feel well enough to drive. The swelling in arm started decreasing on day 4 and she felt "back to normal" on day 5.
