Symptom narrative

Patient states she has injection site reaction following injection of vaccine causing a lump in her arm to form. The lump in her arm was present for several months. She now states there is bruising and the lump is gone but feels like there is tissue missing now where the lump was.

Other medications

Vyvanse, womens multivitamin, ibuprofen as needed.

Allergies

Brovana- hives, pneumonia vaccine injection site reaction

Prior vaccinations

Prevnar 13 in 2014 caused rash and swelling at injection site.
