Symptom narrative

Patient came in 9/7 to report reaction. Started on 9/6 She experienced redness/heat and swelling of her arm. Redness is not localized to deltoid and has spread further down upper arm. Instructed patient to ice the area and use NSAIDs to help with swelling, if no improvement counseled to seek care to rule out infection.

patient had shoulder injury and wanted both shots in opposite arm
