Symptom narrative

Patient reported a quite severe injection site reaction. Patient showed a red area extending from the injection site to bicep, with a brighter red border. Patient reported severe itching and heat when touching the area. Patient reported using hydrocortisone to reduce the itching. As of 9/6/25, the redness still hasn't completely gone away but is getting better.
