Symptom narrative

Patient received Fluad on 9/3/25 and reported a sore throat starting that evening and has persisted since then. She states her blood sugar was low that evening, and she had to drink a sugary drink, which then developed into acid reflux. Patient states she vomited later that night and her throat has "felt sore" and feels very congested since then.
