Lab data

No I did not got to the doctor: however, I did come down with Covid July 2022. I was sick for 2 weeks with fever, loss of taste and smell., and terrible headaches . My positive covid test was performed at ER. I?m an employee so I just had to get the test for work. I was not hospitalized. I did not know about this reporting system at the time I was ill or I would have completed it at the time of my illness.
