Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Pt called 9/2/25, stating she started having pain and hardening of muscle 1-2 days post imz, as of today, she's still experiencing pain and rash/swelling extending to normal injection site per patient. Unable to verify, but advised pt to go seek medical help for further evaluation
