Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Additional Details: After administering the vaccination, the patient and his father were walking to our drop off counter while the technician came back in the pharmacy. The patient got lightheaded and fainted. He may have hit the counter or the side of our drop off window. Technician and employee had the patient sit, took his blood pressure twice. His blood pressure was low and his father took him to the ER. They were told patient had vasovagal syncope and was released.
