Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Immunizer delivered flu vaccine to mom then put down vaccine syringe and used same syringe/need to inject son. Realized it was same syringe and administered his vaccine. Concern here is he was stuck with needle from mom and contamination of syringe/needle being placed on table during process. Patient saw doctor immediately, was given TDap shot and antibiotic, will need blood work taken in 1 month. Will continue to monitor patient for symptoms, currently redness/irritation at site.
