Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient states shoulder started hurting 2 hours after injection and soon became unable to lift arm. Sever shoulder pain for the last few weeks. Is now able to lift the arm but still has pain. Has not yet seen prescriber but is planning to make an appointment.
