Symptom narrative

Patients mother was administering vaccine while child was being held, child's hand got loose, hitting the mother. It is unclear what vaccine was being administered, the Priorix or the Varivax. The patient received a partial dose of either the Priorix or the Varivax. The RN who was holding the child will be contacting the pharmacist today to verify when the patient can return to receive both the Priorix and the Varivax. Once that timeline is determined, the patient will return to the office to receive both vaccines.
