Symptom narrative

Extremely tired, joint pain, body aches, head ache , stomach issues, chills. these have lasted more than a week. I still have the extreme tiredness, I wake in the morning and cannot fall back asleep, but don't have the energy to get out of bed.

Covid and Shingles vaccine on the same day, I was 58 but do not recall the date or time. I had dizziness and muscle and joint pa
