Symptom narrative

Patient went to the ER the day after receiving vaccines for complaints of: Headache, body ache, high blood pressure and feeling feverish. Per the ER note headache was alleviated with ibuprofen. Outcome was patient was discharged and was told to continue to monitor. Blood pressure readings during visit were as follows. 180/85 ,186/96, and 210/100.
