Symptom narrative

pt says the same night after the vaccine she had extreme pain in her right arm. She woke up with a big red welp that grew into a band around arm at the injection site. The pain went into her neck, around the shoulder and down her arm. She remains in severe pain and is taking advil and tylenol. She is also using ice and hot packs. She has fatigue along with the pain and has an appt to see a doctor tomorrow.
