Symptom narrative

pt says his arm was hurting after being vaccinated but the following Tuesday the pain was getting worse. He has constant throbbing pain that will go from a 3 to an 8. He doesn't have any redness or swelling on the arm at the injection site but the pain has moved up to his shoulder down to his elbow. He contacted the pharmacy and was told take to take ibuprofen about 3 times a day to help with the pain. He has an appointment to his doctor tomorrow.
