Injection site urticaria

Symptom narrative

Single localized hive over vaccine site (on R. deltoid) occurred the morning following injection. No spreading. No history of past reactions to flu vaccine. Resolved with Benadryl cream on injection site.

History of past ear tubes (R. side retained), tonsillar hypertrophy
