HCP called to report a TE for ROTATEQ; No additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a other health care professional referring to a patient, age and gender not reported. Information regarding the patient's pertinent medical history, drug allergies/reactions, or concomitant medications was not provided. On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly stored dose of rotavirus vaccine, live, oral pentavalent (ROTATEQ), for prophylaxis (dose, vaccination scheme frequency, anatomical location was not reported, lot number Y018378, which was verified to be valid, expiration date on 10-MAY-2026). It was not reported if the information was recorded by a data logger or not. There was no adverse effect reported.
