that poison killed my father-in-law; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of death in a male patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (RSV vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received RSV vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving RSV vaccine, the patient experienced death (Verbatim: that poison killed my father-in-law) (serious criteria death and GSK medically significant). The reported cause of death was death. The reporter considered the death to be related to RSV vaccine. The company considered the death to be unrelated to RSV vaccine. The reporter indicated that, this poison killed reporter's father-in-law, and the brother-in-law so reporter stated that do not tell them that it was safe and effective because it was not, also indicated that it was designed to take lives not save lives.
