On 19-AUG-2025, the patient received Infanrix. On 19-AUG-2025, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Wrong age). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 19-AUG-2025 Practice manager explained that a 22 year old patient received Infanrix instead of Tetanus, Diphtheria Toxoid and Acellular Pertussis vaccine on 19 Aug 2025 which led to Inappropriate age at vaccine administration.
