ED evaluation -- > IV fluids administration, laboratory studies were largely unremarkable, with mild chronic kidney disease (eGFR 47), mild anemia, and mild elevation in alkaline phosphatase. Infectious workup (COVID-19, influenza, RSV) was negative.
