Symptom narrative

Redness, swelling, soreness, itching, hives at injection site lasting 2 weeks. Area of redness and swelling approx 6? in diameter. Looked like cellulitis.

Rosuvastatin 5 mg, Metoprolol 50 mg, Levothyroxine 75mcg, Bupropion XL 300 mg, , Meloxicam 7.5 mg, , Calcium Citrate 600mg, Vitamin D 1000 i.u.

Allergies

Diflucan, Claritin, shellfish

Lab data

Visited urgent care on 9/1/2025. Temp and BP OK. Prescribed Keflex 500 mg TID and Triamcinoclone Acetonide Cream .1% BID. Also took Zyrtec and applied Benadryl Cream on 9/7 after hives appeared.
