Symptom narrative

After second part of two part Covid Vax he developed a cough for one year. Then he got Covid in Jan 2022 and took Paxlovid prescribed by his PCP. He also developed occasional gastrointestinal issues I.e.sudden onset diarrhea. He then developed tremor in left hand in June 2022 and by July 2023 tremor became more pronounced and in both hands and jaw. He was also occasionally dizzy when power walking at night. His PCP said dizzy due to lower blood sugar even though not diabetic and tremor was essential tremor. Then July 6, 2024 he was skeet shooting until noon, drove.home because he felt dizzy. He sat on sofa and had water and fruit juice. He relaxed and at 2 pm he stopped breathing. An ambulance arrived in 7 minutes but it was too late to resuscitate and he died.
