Called client's PCP office - Family and Urgent Care, today and informed. Discussed with them client was supposed to have MRI due to possible CT finding on 9/7/25 at ED and was sent to hospital but did not stay for MRI. They were able to pull records from ED visit and reported to have client walk in for evaluation and follow-up, would be seen. Informed client/mother to walk-in at Dr office for evaluation today and follow-up as soon as possible. Also discussed with them other option of going back to ER. Encouraged mom/client to not wait and seek care as soon as possible.
