Symptom narrative

Erythema, warmth, edema in a irregularly demarcated area of approximately 6 inches starting at Injection sight and wrapping around to inside of arm. Started hurting upon waking the day after injection. Still present today 4 days post vaccination. Instructed to see health care provider.
