Symptom narrative

I have had a discomfort underneath my left rib cage that started about two months after getting the Covid vaccine and has never left. It feels like a ?pebble in my shoe? except in my chest and is very annoying and distracting and has affected the quality of my life.

Lab data

I have had a CT scan with contrast of the pelvis and abdomen, an x-ray of chest, an EKG, an EGD, and a heart CT scan. I have taken pantaprazole and dicycloamine which have been no help. None of these tests have revealed anything wrong and have provided no solutions
