Symptom narrative

Nine days after vaccination, patient had a small patch on stomach that had itchy flat raised red bumps. The patch has gotten larger every day and now covers the ABD area and has a small spot under the nose. Mom has put Hydrocortisone cream on the areas and given antihistamines but no relief from the itching. Child has not been to a Dr. for evaluation of rash and mom denied any other symptoms for child besides rash and itching.
