Symptom narrative

Malaise, fatigue, body aches, brain fog, excessive dizziness; no treatment. I expect this to resolve in about 24 hours but I am missing work because of this.

POTS, Ehler-Danlos, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, ADHD, Depression (potentially bipolar-2, but not yet confirmed), hypersomnia (potentially narcolepsy, 2 different doctors gave different assessments over the same lab results).
