Patient called pharmacy to report injection site reaction. General soreness in the deltoid at the time of the injection and over the next 2-3 days he stated the soreness spread down to his mid bicep and the area up to his elbow is red and hot. He spoke with his PCP and was determined to be a normal immune reaction and will monitor and inform pharmacy and PCP over the next few days.
