On an unknown date, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), lot #X014954, which has been verified to be valid, expiration date: 24-May-2025, reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT, administered for prophylaxis (Expired product administered).
