Symptom narrative

No additional AE; 1st dose of ROTATEQ was given to a 7 month old patient.; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a 7-month-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's concurrent conditions, medical history and concomitant therapies were not provided. On 09-SEP-2025, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of rotavirus vaccine (ROTATEQ) 2 ml orally, lot # 2096661 verified as valid, expiration date 07-MAR-2026 for prophylaxis (inappropriate schedule of product administration). No adverse events were reported.
