Symptom narrative

Patient came in to pharmacy stating that she had a reaction to vaccine administered yesterday. Arm is red, warm to touch, and feels like there is a lump under the skin. Vaccines administered in left arm were Tdap, Shingrix, and MMR II. Advised to apply compress, take Tylenol, and follow up with PCP.
