Symptom narrative

I grabbed the Varicella and not the MMR. I came to the front and drew up the vaccine and gave the vaccine in the right thigh. When going to input the vaccine i saw that the lot numbers didn't match up I also doubled checked in the freezer and saw that i gave the wrong vaccine I went to inform my manager and she informed me to get with the provider and then the parents.
