SHOULDER RELATED INJURY- SHARP PAIN, LIMITED RANGE OF MOTION - TREATMENT AND PHYSICAL THERAPY JUNE TO JULY 2021 2X A WEEK. NOTHING HELPED SO I AM NOW ON 800 MG IBUPROFIN 3x A DAY EVER SINCE. PVS- FATIGUE, BRAIN FOG, EXERCISE INTOLERANCE AND INSOMNIA ONGOING. NO TREATMENT FOUND. PAIN MANAGEMENT TREATED BY MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR.
