No additional AE; inadvertent administration of expired VAQTA to a patient; This spontaneous report was received from a medical student (also mentioned as health care professional discrepancy) and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 18-Aug-2025, the patient was inadvertently vaccinated with an expired dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) (valid lot #X024966, expiration date reported and confirmed as 23-Mar-2025; dose, route of administration, and anatomical location were not provided) as prophylaxis. No additional adverse event reported.
