Symptom narrative

Pt arrived for a vaccine. medication was drawn and administered and after they were done it was realized the wrong medication was administered. the patient was still in office with parents and was called back into a room. Staff went to confront a doctor on any effects of the vaccine to the pt and see if it was safe to administer the correct medication. doctor confirmed the pt would be ok and only side effects would be body aches, and it was safe to get the correct vaccine. there were no symptoms to the patient.
