Symptom narrative

Patient experienced and injection site reaction. Redness and itchiness around the injection site which was mildly bothersome for the patient. Patient was advised to administer topical Benadryl to help with itchiness, tylenol for fever/pain symptoms and alternate warm and cold compress for better blood flow to area. Expect symptoms to resolve over the course of 3 to 5 days and advised patient to reach out to provider if symptoms continue to worsen over the course of 24 hours.
