Symptom narrative

Patient experienced fussiness, crying, pain at injection site, low grade fevers (100.4F - 100.9F) and infantile spasms about 4.5 hours after vaccines administration. She was seen at the ER 10 hours after vaccine administration. Had a short EEG study and ECG performed and were within normal limits for her age.
