Per manufacturer/CDC, no additional dose is needed, and this dose can be considered as patient receiving flu shot and counted as covered for this year. Patient denies having any symptoms post vaccination and is aware of the incorrect dose given. Patient provided with information regarding signs to look for for any adverse effects and advised to call with any concerns.
