Symptom narrative

The patient started experiencing extreme soreness unrelieved by Tylenol/Motrin starting which started right after the injection into her left arm and continued to worsen through the night and up until now. There was redness and inflammation at the injection site starting that night as well as pain the underarm and shoulder. She went to urgent care today and was diagnosed with cellulitis and received antibiotics.
