Symptom narrative

Right arm tension, pain, and limited range of motion up and around the right arm joint. Pain when pressing on joint, and feel clunking when putting hand on right shoulder and moving right arm shoulder joint. Pain interfered with sleep and every day movement for approximately 3-4 weeks before slowly resolving on its own.
